Having a love morning! Listening to all my favorite love songs; happy ones, sad ones and the crazy ones.
There is so much love around us, pulsing inside us and begging to get out. Love must flow. Yet we fear being hurt and we fear sharing our love. And we are dying inside because of it. Our souls ache. We crave the touch of another, yet we act the opposite. We have some much to share, yet we act uninterested. It’s madness.
Why are so many of us blocked from being ourselves? Why do we wear these masks? And why do we choose to inflict this pain on ourselves? It is surely our doing. Do we see this? It’s no fun. How do we turn this all around?
The first step is recognizing (and feeling deep in our bones) that we are good enough. So maybe we are not perfect, but that’s no fun anyway. But this myth that we are not good enough is total fucking bull shit. It’s that ridiculous, that insane. People tell us we are smart, funny, beautiful, etc., etc., etc. And all we hear is blah, blah, blah. We don’t buy it. We go along feeling inadequate, small, insignificant and whatever else diminishes our purpose on this planet, in life. Are we sick? Or are we just mad? How do we break this pattern of insanity?
We must reach for thoughts, words and actions that empower us. By understanding that our struggle is a shared one, we understand that we are not alone. All of us, even those most ‘successful’ and ‘happy’ face the same struggles when behind closed doors. We are in this together.
By recognizing we are good enough, we open up the channel to be vulnerable. Nothing can hurt us, unless we choose for it to do so. We will choose differently. When we communicate from a place of vulnerability, openness and transparency, we create space for authentic communication, sharing and understanding. An energy of care, honor and respect protects this space. Nothing evil shall penetrate.
Let us find the strength and confidence to be ourselves, to share our gifts with the world and to enjoy the beauty of living from a place of authenticity, love and respect for others.
Pure Love & Light,
RYAN!
