The feeling of gratitude, the communication of appreciations & engaging in real interactions are our tools for chiseling away at a joyous life!
A feeling and experience of love is brought forth by the appreciation of oneself and others. This requires an intentional commitment to the expression of gratitude for every experience that we are presented with in life, wether that experience is joyful or painful for it’s all part of our growth.
We must celebrate all life; ours and the lives of others. If our friends are experiencing success, let’s celebrate and congratulate them. They deserve it and this is why we recognize them as our friends. We have chosen to create an environment of positivity and joy. Our friendships stand at the centerpiece of this. Their success elevates all those that enter their field, including ourselves. That’s great news! If our intension is to experience joy, feeling gratitude for our friends and family is a great place to focus our energy. Ultimately, this expression of gratitude must also focus inward. For many of us, it is challenging to celebrate ourselves and give gratitude for our lives. Yet, this is the nugget that powers our experience of internal joy and self-love. For me, I have developed a morning practice that includes the expression of gratitude, focusing my energy on appreciating everything that is relevant to my experience of joy. This involves the reading of daily material that invokes the experience of gratitude and the writing of appreciations that move me in that moment.
A big part of ‘being’ grateful is ‘being’ in integrity with our true-self. Being grateful and appreciating others is an act, but specifically, it is a discipline that requires alignment with our true being. Our expression must be real; it must be felt and not just thought! If we express gratitude by appreciating someone, but we do not feel it within ourselves, the energetic vibration of gratitude will not emerge. We must feel first!
As our feelings of gratitude become aligned within us, we must communicate them with honor and integrity. Our interactions must be real and fueled by a desire to give a gift of our love. Let’s go all out and give it all we got! If I like your shirt, new hair cut or I’m excited that you got a new job, I want to feel this fully and for my communication to be sourced in this feeling, not some mental pattern that is seeking to receive something in exchange for my words of kindness towards you. I’m giving you a gift of my love and I want you to feel that completely. I’m going to shower you with my love. I desire that you feel totally appreciated. If I’m completely on fire, you will begin to glow! This is my reward!
By the giving of love, I feel love! It is shared!
Go share your love!
With honor & respect,
Ryan!
