Our ability as humans to articulate and communicate that which inspires us has the power to transform our family, our community, society and the world. To do so requires tremendous clarity. And to be clear requires that we know ourselves; both who are are and our intention for the world. We must form our unique voice such that we are understood and our message can be shared by others.

To do almost anything in life requires some form of agreement by others, whether that’s to support or to lead. Raising a child requires the agreement of a community of friends, family, teachers and beyond to aid in this most valuable of life endeavors. And on the other end of the spectrum of agreement is the creation and manifestation of religion. Imagine the clarity that is required to deliver a message that can be reverberated around the globe so powerfully that a society on the polar opposite end of its originating location creates a statue of Jesus Christ atop Corcovado Mountain in Rio de Janeiro. Powerful, huh?

Contemplating this idea that we must ‘be the change we seek in the world,’ it confirms that in order to align our being with our doing, we must know our true self. This is evidenced by many great figures such as Mother Teresa, Mahatma Ghandi, Martin Luther King and countless others. We must start close to home with our most intimate relationships and let our essence reverberate out into the world.

All this comes natural when we slow down enough to feel ourselves and get to know who we are through feeling, not just thinking. Our actions naturally align with our being, whether that’s imposed by the mental images and story we tell ourselves about who we are or that sense of being emerges organically through a knowing that arrises through feeling. As Human (mental/physical) Beings (pure consciousness), both have value. Yet, it’s a dance that occurs between both states where one informs the other.

So, once again, let’s go out and dance together, as we explore our identity and true self. Let us share this dance and ourselves with the world!

Love & Light,

Ryan!
